We’ve reimagined the semi-custom homebuilding experience into a streamlined, tailor-made, enjoyable journey. Instead of dealing with a handful of contractors, you’ll have just one point of contact throughout the entire building process. That’s because Neal Signature has a team of trusted professionals on your team—employees, associates and trade partners that we have cultivated close relationships with and who share our high standards.

what to expect

DREAM IT

Within the first few weeks of signing your contract, we'll schedule an in-person or virtual appointment at the Signature Design Studio.

There, your Design Team will present new home options, such as finishes and flooring, and cover all the necessary details. We'll customize your home's look to your style and unique design preferences. And for the finishing touch, the Charlene Neal PureStyle team is available to help furnish your home inside and out.

DESIGN IT

After you’ve designed and customized your new home, we’ll schedule a preconstruction meeting with your Signature Construction Manager.

You’ll review review your selections, construction documents, and plans so that you know what to expect as construction begins. You can expect on-site meetings, regular updates, and a tour to review the bare structure of your home after mechanical and electrical installations are in place. Plus, a landscape professional will meet with you to review your landscape design and allow you to add personal touches.

LEARN IT

Before move-in day, we’ll schedule an orientation to review all custom features and their care and maintenance information.

At this time, you’ll also receive warranty and care instructions for your home’s appliances and mechanical equipment. We will then take a few days to button up any minor items on your new home. Within 10 to 15 days after the orientation, we will celebrate with the official key turnover, where you will be handed the keys to your new home!

LOVE IT

Around move-in, we’ll meet with you to review your home’s smart features.

The Waterscapes Pools & Spas team will also guide you through the ins and outs of your sparkling new pool and spa during their Pool School orientation. You will also have the opportunity to schedule a Signature Warranty check-in appointment 30 days after move-in. And at 11 months, your Signature Team will check in again to ensure your satisfaction.
