NEAL SIGNATURE HOMES TO OFFER FOUR FLOOR PLANS IN NEW WELLEN PARK COMMUNITY OF WESTLAKE
 
 

LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL (June 3, 2026) – Southwest Florida luxury home builder Neal Signature Homes will begin pre-selling four floor plans in the multi-builder community of Westlake, located in the master-planned Wellen Park community. 

Neal Signature Homes will have access to 46 lakefront homesites in Westlake, shared with Lee Wetherington Homes. The typical homesite the home builder will offer is 85’ by 140’ with prices starting at $1 million.  Neal Signature Homes will begin building two model homes in the community in mid-May, offering the single-story Palm Bay 2 and the two-story Monterey 2.  Other floor plans available will include the one-story Kingfisher 2 and Seaside 2.

Westlake is a luxury home neighborhood in Wellen Park, offering spacious, lakefront and wetland-view private homesites that are close to Downtown Wellen, which features restaurants, shopping, entertainment venues, a splash pad, Grand Lake, and a trail with 2.8 miles of pedestrian paths.

The four available floor plans for Westlake include three one-story floor plans: the Palm Bay 2, which offers 3,138 square feet and three bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage, the Kingfisher 2 with 3,435 square feet and three bedrooms, 4.5 baths and a three-car garage, and the 3,783 square foot Seaside 2 with three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a three-car garage; and one two-story floor plan, the Monterey 2 with four bedrooms, five baths and a three-car garage under 4,189 square feet of living space. Floor plans are bright, airy and spacious with an abundance of natural light and the builder’s characteristic blend of indoor and outdoor living. Customizable options allow homeowners to personalize their homes. 

Luxury living in Westlake will be complemented by extensive amenities, including a pool with poolside cabanas, a fitness facility and a covered pavilion with a fire feature.
