Southwest Florida luxury home builder Neal Signature Homes has broken ground in EVERLY, a gated neighborhood of single-family homes with private amenities in the master planned community of Wellen Park, located along West Villages Parkway and Manasota Beach Road.
Neal Signature Homes is building two models that will illustrate its eight available floor plans for the community. These newly designed models will showcase fresh concepts in Florida living.
