DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO OUR MODEL SHOWCASE HOME:

The Neal Signature Model Showcase Homes at Country Club East are located at: 16615 Collingtree Crossing, Lakewood Ranch. From I-75: Take Exit 213 to University Parkway and go east towards Lakewood Ranch. Turn left on Lorraine Road. Turn right on The Masters Avenue. Follow Masters Avenue until it meets Player's Drive. From the gates, tell security you are going to the model homes. Stay to the right of the roundabout, and follow Bellefield Way to the Collingtree neighborhood. Three Neal Signature model homes are located just past the Collingtree roundabout.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO OUR MODEL SHOWCASE HOME:

From I-75: Take exit 220-A for State Road 64 heading east. Turn right onto SR-64. Drive 4 miles and turn left onto Rye Road. After 3 miles, turn left onto Upper Manatee River Road. River Wind will be on the right.

From I-75: Take Exit 193 to Jacaranda Boulevard. Head north on Jacaranda for 1.5 miles. Aria will be on the left, just after the four-way stop at Border Road.

From I-75:

Take Exit 193 to Jacarand Boulevard go south. Cross US-41 and continue to State Road 776.  Turn left on SR-776/Englewood Road. Boca Royale will be on your left. Enter gates and follow the signs to the Clubhouse.

From I-75: Take Exit 240 for FL-674 towards Ruskin, Sun City Center. Turn left on College Avenue then turn right onto 24th Street SE. Turn left on 19th Avenue NE. Turn right onto 12th Street NE. Turn right onto US-41. MiraBay will be on the left.

From the main entrance, turn left onto Manns Harbor Drive. Go through the security gates and continue for approximately 1 mile. The Neal Signature Model Home is on your right, just past the roundabout, located at 713 Manns Harbor Drive.
