Two new sales associates are helping Neal Signature Homes customers find the home of their dreams in Sarasota, Florida. Recently, Christine Guthrie joined the team at Provence while Theresa Schoenthaler became a Wildgrass team member. We’re excited they are part of the Neal Signature family.

Christine Gives Her All at Provence

A Real Estate broker in the Sarasota area for the last 12 years, Christine Guthrie moved to Sarasota from Los Angeles, California in 2004 and has a lot of experience building new homes for people. She is happy to be on the Neal Signature team and appreciates the company’s reputation in the market.

For Theresa, Being in the Neal Family is a Blessing

Theresa Schoenthaler loves the service and care she provides for homebuyers as part of the Neal Signature team.

“Being a part of the Neal family has been a true blessing for me. I have met so many different people from all over the world. To help them build their home in Florida has been very enjoyable,” says Theresa.

A Floridian born and raised in Orlando, Theresa has a background in retail management and design consulting. She enjoys applying her skills and knowledge to her sales associate position at Wildgrass in Sarasota.
