Neal Signature Homes Ends Year on High Note

LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. – Neal Signature Homes, a Lakewood Ranch-based luxury custom homebuilder, concluded 2017 with 74 home sales, a 15.6 percent increase over its 2016 sales.

Since its 2014 inception, Neal Signature Homes has sold 260 homes, expanded rapidly within Sarasota and Manatee Counties and entered the Hillsborough County market in 2016. The Lakewood Ranch-based luxury new homebuilder is currently building in 11 communities with 65 homes currently under construction.

This year, the builder sold out its popular Haddington and Hazeltine communities in Country Club East and Lansdowne Crescent in University Park.

“This was a successful year in the luxury home market, which represents about 20 percent of the housing marketplace,” says Randy Turkovics, president of Neal Signature Homes. “In 2018, we look forward to introducing new communities and innovative and distinctive plans that will further differentiate our brand.”

Priced from approximately $500,000 to $2.2 million, Neal Signature Homes’ current neighborhoods include Wildgrass and Provence in Sarasota, River Wind in Bradenton, Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood, MiraBay in Apollo Beach, The Inlets in Manatee County, The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch in Sarasota County and Collingtree, Highfield, The Highlands and Windy Hill in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch.

The builder’s top-selling communities included Country Club East, The Inlets and Riverwind.

“We expect to sell out in Wildgrass and The Inlets this year and will continue to seek out land acquisition opportunities for the future,” said Turkovics.

With an average home sales price of about $650,000, the homebuilder expects to sell more than 85 homes in 2018 and will unveil several new models and communities, including a large neighborhood in North Venice.
